Shipping Policy
Due to this business being operated by a sole proprietor it is requested to put in all custom orders 2 months in advance. Please consider that everything is uniquely handmade which will result in 2-4 Weeks to manufacture before they are shipped. This excludes weekends and Holidays.
All pre-Orders may take up to 20-30 days. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
These handmade designs may take 1-3 business days after order has been shipped.
After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges can be made within 14 days of the original order arrival. Once you notify us via email you will have 2 days to show proof of shipping (tracking number) of the returned product. Customer return tracking numbers must be provided.
Once the requirement above is met, we will provide store credit or an exchange.
Items must NOT be:

Customer is responsible for postage. Items can be returned for store credit or exchange only. The decision is made based on the defect or reasoning of the returned purchase. Original shipping cost is not refunded.
